VeriHours is designed to provide users with a structured, secure method of logging and verifying volunteer, shadowing, internship, and paid work experiences. The platform requires external confirmation by a third party (e.g., supervisor, manager, or other verifier) for any logged experience to be considered verified. Our mission is to replace unverifiable self-reporting with validated, trusted experience records.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Experience Submission and Verification

All experiences submitted through the Platform must be accurate, truthful, and submitted in good faith. Experiences will only be considered verified when confirmed via a third-party email verification or other approved method.

VeriHours is not responsible for false, fraudulent, or inaccurate information provided by users or verifiers. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be engaging in misrepresentation, fraud, or abuse of the verification process.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

* Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws;

* Submit experiences you did not complete;

* Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform;

* Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of VeriHours or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Although VeriHours facilitates verification, we are not responsible for the actions or inactions of third-party verifiers. Users acknowledge that verification depends on external parties who are not controlled by VeriHours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeriHours and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or inability to use the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Alabama.

10. Termination
